Super Fast Entered a Maintenance request in the morning while getting ready for work. By noon that same day, I got a notification that it was completed! Super fast service, and it continues to echo why I love living here!

1505 Living Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff is great to work with. Plenty of activities for the resident s. They also keep the property really well maintained and we have the nicest pool in Nashville

I was a guarantor for my daughter who just moved out. The management there are very quick to cheat you out of money. They require a 60 day written notification prior to moving out at the end of the year. This is double the time as required by TN law. They said they sent a notification reminder with details, but we found no records of that. They refused to send an email copy of this notification with email date stamp. Anyhow, my daughter missed the time limit by 14 days. As a result, the... management charged a prorated month to month (MTM) fee for those 14 days. The MTM rates are not on the website, not in the lease, and could only be found in the "notification" that they allegedly sent. The MTM rate was 2.4 times higher than the normal rent. Our rent for 14 days was $1000 MORE than regular rent for a whole month. We tried to fight it but they threatened more fees, so we finally gave up and paid the abusive penalty. 1505 Demonbreun is definitely not recommended as a place to live in Nashville.

This used to be an upscale properly until after COVID when it turned into a party building. I moved out in 2022, cleared everything with management and parted ways. Today I find they "accidentally" linked my information to some one who failed to pay their rent and sent it to a third party collection agency trying to come after me for an apartment I never rented.
Stay clear of these types of properties, they seem appealing but will cause problems later in life. Rent from a trusted property... management company
