Arrive Bellevue

Its good and bad. I was excited when I first moved in so I didn't notice some things that I should have. The view i have is beautiful but the balcony was rotted badly and when the wind blows the divider is loose and it makes a lot of noise. They did come a and fix the balcony. T the paint and carpet is cheap. Both were coming and worn. The paint wasn't dry and the carpet is cheap and wasn't installed correctly. When we go down the stairs we step on nails. Made a report. Still waiting to be fixed... . The pool, gym, and dog parks are nice and welcoming but the kids park could use an upgrade. Water is also shut off due to maintenance and lights go off every strong wind or storm. I have lived in Arrive Bellevue for a while and I can say with total confidence that it is one of the best kept secrets in Nashville. If you are looking for a home where you can really relax after a day of work, this is the place.

I’ve had a generally good experience at this property. It’s not outstanding, but it’s also not terrible. However, Ms. Talisha and Ms. Erica are truly exceptional—they go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I might have, whether it’s about work orders or payment plans.
