What I like most about living in Arrive is that it is a very quiet place. It has a clean gym and all the neighbors are very friendly. You can go out freely for a walk since it's safe.

I’ve lived in these apartments for two years and love it. Management is super responsive, especially Erica in the office, who helped us move in quickly. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The location is perfect, close to downtown, though parking can be tight after 9 PM. The walls are thick, so I rarely hear neighbors. Highly recommend for the price!

Good for the price, but they are not strict on any of their policies. Meaning noise levels are not good and trash is fairly frequently found scattered on the property. But the staff is nice and maintenance is good at getting things done quickly.

so far, not horrible. I do have some very inconsiderate upstairs neighbors which bring my rating down to a four but other than that I really enjoy living here.

Pros: Professional staff and office management. Friendly maintenance team. Responsive to any issues or request, big or small.

Cons: Conservice sewer and water charges are extremely high (I understand it not the fault of the staff). The higher ups should consider switching to Metro Water or giving tenants an option of which company to use.
