Friendly, Helpful management and staff

I lived here for about 15+ years!! I love the new management over there!! They're so helpful, friendly and are always there for you when you need anything!!! Ii thought all my neighbors were friendly too!!! They also have a cool soccer field, pool and nice play area for the kiddos!!!!

Great place to call home

Avery is a great place to live. Its clean and nice and kelp up. If you make a work call you wont have to wait long at all. The people who are in the office is great as well
