This complex sucks they go up on rent each time they get a chance to do so. They lie to get folks in this complex always have a move in special but soon as you sign your lease here comes the rent price go up. Poor management these people is only out for money. If you like to deal with ROACHES and numerous other bugs, then this is the place for you! These homes were built in the 60’s, they are very outdated, and there is nothing luxury about them. New property management is terrible. They took over in April 2022 and were very organized and unresponsive for months, and the leasing office would be closed for weeks at a time. Properly manager is extremely rude and she feels as if she can talk to tenants any kind of way even if you know your rights! They... will charge you literally for any and every thing. You can’t walk your dog around the complex without getting a fine, you will be fined for mail left in front of your mailbox, your entire building will be fined for trash left in front of the building even if you let them know who is responsible, and so much more. They have limited access to the on-site laundry room so tenants can only use it during office hours, and that is a hugeee inconvenience for those who work 9-5 during the weeks. During the summer, the property manager was more concerned with the POOL getting up and running than she was concerned about assisting tenants with NO RUNNING AC or ROACH INFESTATIONS. The maintenance team rides around on golf carts all day doing nothing and they don’t even wear uniforms. Oh, and please do not let the new name of this complex fool you! This is NOT in Brentwood, t his is in ANTIOCH. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews either. They have been deleting any negative reviews on this property and replacing them with those fake ones. I just moved here and I love it because of its location and good management.

I must say that I am very pleased with my apartment. I been here about 3 months and the one that I moved in looks completely new and thus far I have no complaints. There were a few issues that needed fixing but the maintenance team handled it with no issues and the they were very kind fellows. I hope this continues as I can see that there are continuous improvements on the property. I think there will be more to come from what I have heard. So far I got 5 stars.
