Everything about Broadstone from the staff, building, apartment interior is excellent. The only single glaring issue is the walls do literally nothing to muffle sound.

I absolutely love living at Broadstone SoBro! From the moment I moved in, it has truly felt like home. The location is one of my favorite things about living here — I love being so close to everything downtown Nashville has to offer while still having a comfortable place to come home to. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and always feels well maintained. I especially love the amenities, from the pool and gym to the sky lounge and beautiful views of the city. There are so many little... spaces throughout the property that make it easy to relax, work, or spend time with friends. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the resident events make it feel like more than just an apartment building. It genuinely feels like a community.

I’m so happy I chose to live here and would absolutely recommend Broadstone SoBro to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and welcoming place to call home in Nashville!
