City Side Flats Apartments

I've been met with courtesy in all of my requests and needs. Everyone here is very nice and respectful, and the community is a comforting and cozy place. I've never been spoken to rudely by anyone here, and all of my neighbors are friendly. The apartment has had a few minor problems in terms of maintenance, but pretty much all of the issues have been responded to immediately and fixed well. The maintenance manager here is great about responding and communicating.

Responsive management, older building but decently maintained and budget friendly. About 15 minutes to any part of downtown and a relatively quiet neighborhood.

I like the location and it's nice community to live in. I only have a problem with the bugs that are in the building and it hasnt been any pest control here to spray the buildings since I moved here 2 years ago. I also don't like we have to to pay for valet trash considering I always throw my own trash away.

Greatest apartments they keep verything clean, they have good maintenance service, also the prices are affordable, we hope everything remains the same and nothing ever changes.

It’s been pretty solid for the most part the only thing that I would change is if we actually got to use the trash valet we’ve been for over a year and I’ve always taken the trash out if we can change that and actually start using trash valet it would be 5 stars
