Kenect Nashville

I love living here! It's in a great location, close to multiple restaurants, stores, gyms, a grocery store, and my workplace. The staff is fantastic and quick to respond to questions. The view from my apartment is amazing. No complaints!

Great location and friendly staff. Very walkable to grocery store, Vanderbilt campus, the Gulch, and of course all that Midtown has to offer. I also really enjoy the 3 bedroom share option which is pretty unique for the area.

I’ve had a great experience living at Kenect. The location is excellent, the building is modern and clean, and the amenities are really nice. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever needed, which makes a big difference. The community atmosphere is also great and makes the building feel welcoming. Overall, it’s been a really comfortable and convenient place to live.I would definitely recommend Kenect to others.

I’ve enjoyed living here overall. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference in day-to-day life. The amenities are well-maintained and the community events they organize are a nice as well.
The gym equipment is functional but showing its age and could use some updates. Also, nearby bars can get loud on weekends, especially the unit faces that side.
Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d recommend it to others looking in the area.

Mostly good. Hard time sometimes getting in touch with office and getting issues resolved, elevators can be a little slow. Disappointed the coffee shop closed.
