smooth move in process

The process of touring to move in went smoothly, Rev in the leasing office was super nice and knowledgeable. I moved into Courtside, aside from a few small minor things like a closet door which they told me about right at the start and have assured me they’re going to fix, the apartment is nice. It’s quiet in my unit, ample parking, and so far I’m happy with it.

Rebecca is great, the Annaline is not. The neighborhood is loud with music at all hours and potential gun shots or fireworks. The floors of the above units are paper thin and every slight noise/step can be heard. The grounds are littered with trash. The “renovations” are landlord specials, cover ups of other problems, look cheap, aren’t done to completion and are low quality.
