The Guthrie North Gulch

I’ve lived at the Guthrie for exactly a year now and I always recommend it to my friends looking for a new complex! My unit is nice, quiet, and has the best neighbors. The complex itself is older, but the staff does a great job keeping it up to date and presentable. Our maintenance staff is SO kind and helpful anytime I’ve had an issue or even a general question, especially John who is always on top of getting things taken care of. I do have a few tiny complaints like the mosquitos that follow... you from the parking garage and into the building (sometimes into the apartment) as well as some of the older appliances, but overall it’s been my favorite complex I’ve lived at in Nashville! I have lived at the Guthrie for a couple of months now and have enjoyed it do far! It is in a good location and is walking distance to Puttshack, Publix, etc. It is also a short drive to the Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, etc. There are many community spaces to take advantage of (ex. Shuffleboard tables, lounges, outdoor grill areas, pool, dog washing room, recording studio, gym, area to store bikes, etc.). Overall, no big complaints! This apartment is the reason I love being in Nashville so much! It is away from city craziness and in a comfortable nook outside of the main strip of Broadway, but close enough to walk there! It has so many great amenities and apartment activities that make it so fun!

Hi, I just moved into the Guthrie about a week ago now and I cannot say enough positive things! I absolutely love my apartment and the view, love the tall open windows all around with natural light, great location and lastly the excellent staff that has been so kind and helpful during our move!
