Nice, quiet, hidden apartment, maintenance and management is very good, no high late fees or landlords trying to take advantage, very clean, never saw a bug, any problems were fixed pretty efficiently in time,

As a college student it is a great place to stay. The apartment itself is nice and in a good area. Eveything you need is around the corner or close walkign distance. The landlords are also very nice, patient and understanding with you. Have no complaints.

The Jeffersonian Apartments are the perfect place to live, especially when you are a graduate student living on a stipend. I am happy I found a place that is both affordable and comfortable to live in, with great management as well!

I have never had a better experience with management and maintenance than I’ve had here. So far my apartment has been problem-free, but maintenance is always friendly when I see them on the property. Management has always been a text or call away to answer any questions or solve any issues! I feel very safe and cared about here.
Germantown location is a huge plus being that there are lots of restaurants, a farmer’s market, and a grocery store just a couple minutes down the road! Jeffersonian is... really close off of the interstate as well so it’s a super easy drive to anywhere!

I moved in a few months ago since I go to school nearby and it is so amazing. The landlord is so nice and genuine and responds so quickly to calls/messages. The location is perfect since I am able to walk to campus and the area is very quiet/calm. Everything in my apartment was brand new and immaculately clean. On the rare occasion that I needed work done, the maintenance team moved so efficiently to get it done quickly. I love it here and I am so happy I found it.
