Great Apartment Classic Feel.
Excellent location right in the heart of West End and Vanderbilt, a short walk or Uber to wherever you want to go. Classic details to the building like the metal grated elevator give this a real classy charm that the newer building don't have.

Love This Historic Building 1,2,3 Bedrooms
I have lived in this beautiful six story historic building in the beating heart of Midtown Nashville. I will be renewing my lease in Nov. 2015 This was built in 1929, gorgeous brick and mortar with old architectural design. Amazing historic caged elevator so unusual nothing compares to this in Nashville. Spacious apartments with beautiful high ceilings, finished hardwood floors, all news windows and modern appliances. I love the radiator heat, so much better than dry electric heat in cold... winters. Efficient window air conditioners for hot days. I never hear my neighbors. Solid construction.
Closets galore. I have 7, seriously enough for one person and storage. Each room is very spacious. I am in a one BR 950 sgft which is perfect. I am in walking distance to work, restaurants, bars, parks, grocery store. Even for a hair cut. Basement washer/dryer for all tenants. Large onsite parking lot. This is for tenants only not for public or friends visiting. Street parking all around us. It won't hurt anyone to walk a little. The leasing staff is the best I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful, available during office hrs Monday- Saturday. The maintenance men can fix anything and do so promptly. Also on call. Communication with staff is always important and they all are ready and willing to help. Reasonable monthly rent fees, pets allowed. Many new apartment/condos being built all around here. The ones I have investigated have small sq ft and high over priced monthly rates. Yes brand new but never built as solid and quiet as an old historic structure. The beauty of our city is, there are many choices to live. I am just very happy to say I have found exactly what I have looked for and plan on staying here as long as I live in this great city. So I recommend you visit many apartments, pay attention to structor, location, cleanliness, leasing staff. This community is for young adult students and seasoned working adults. Most tenants are non smoking due to people have become smarter and just do not smoke anymore and if they do most go outside. I live on a very quiet and clean smelling floor. Thank goodness. I would recommend this beautiful place for long term tenants wanting to live in one of the best areas in Nashville. Midtown, ask anyone they will tell you. You will love it here. Contact Rosa or Alma, both lovely ladies in the leasing office. They would very be happy to assist and show you this property. Tell them Sharon and Baby Kitty sent you!! Happy renting.

The Lee Apartments
Since the change of the new owners, this place has really gone down hill. The people in the office do not know what they are doing, they do not know how to provide you with the information you need to either re-lease or give notice of vacating. It took this office a better part of a month to help us and then raised out rent $125. After giving ur decision to vacate, they told us that we would have to pay an extra month rent. This was unfair after going to the office for over 3 weeks for help that... they did not provide. They gave us a letter showing that the rent did not change and when we went to the office it had in fact gone up $125. for the past 2 months contractors have been in and out while we are still living here, fixing things that do and should not be changed until we move out. Our bath has has standing water since last night and still 6Pm today , nobody has showed to fix that. The building itself is always dirty, people do not take animals to the areas they are suppose to so there is always dog feces by the doors and mail boxes. The washers and dryers are always broken. The staff is far from helpful. Be careful because you could take a big loss in the end.

Definitely good enough
I chose this apartment due to its size and location, which made it a great value. Upon moving in, I noticed that it was much smaller than advertised. But what it laced for in size, it was a livable space still in arguably the best location for my needs (close to school). Not only that, but while the staff always seems busy, they always have time enough to listen to me and I can have any problems looked at in a timely fashion. All in all, I gave it 3 stars because it's a fantastic location, the... staff is helpful and friendly, and it's everything I need it to be, though there are some problems that needed to be fixed, and I'm still paying the same rent for a space a little more than 2/3 of the advertised size.
