great for the price

I’ve lived here for almost a year & I will be renewing my lease soon. Ive had minimal problems with the property management, and the maintenance team is always working and doing something for us. Idk who pissed off the others who are writing terrible reviews, but I truly have enjoyed my time here. I had a brief bug issue that was addressed very quickly and effectively; but I live on the first floor so I’ll always expect some critters to find their way in (especially in the winter). The office... staff are on top of communication and send out weekly emails with reminders and clarifications about different policies.
The reason I’m taking away one star is simply because the unit itself has gotten the landlord special a few times. The light switch covers and outlet covers make the place feel more aged simply because they’re coated in years worth of paint. But other than that… I’m happy with my apartment which has become my home.

Do Not Move Here

Apartments are in horrible condition
Lots of crime in the community no camera or lights to deter. Gun shots and car break ins are common. They have security but never around. Management is degrading, unprofessional. Stonebrook tried to take my money without signing a contract or wouldn’t provide receipt. Unethical business practices. Bugs and roaches present. Incompetent maintenance. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Do not move here. It’s horrible.

Staff does not communicate and is very rude when you as for clarity involving new rules that have been put in place.over priced apartments. No renovations. Appliances outdated and do not work.
