I love living here. The building is super, but the people who work here make it 5 stars. The concierges help make it a special place. The day-time concierge, Dwight, treats everyone as if they were the most important person in the world. He goes overboard to make our living experience here special. Everyone calls him with any problem or need. He is really special.
Lyza has been our manager for the last couple of months filling in until new manager arrives. She is the best manager! She is... so friendly to all and is a go getter. She makes things happen. Maintenance promptly attends to all our needs also.

Five star apartment living

Everything about Vertis is first class. The apartments have beautiful finishings, amenities are fabulous. The concierge-specifically Dwight delivers the best customer service you could want. They also offer great social events. Wonderful place to live.

So luxurious!

I got to stay here with a friend for a week. Incredible apartment. It felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. Great pool. Great workout room. Great views. Great neighbors!

Such an amazing place to start my Nashville life!!

Transitioning from one state to another can be challenging but since moving in last year I have found that choosing Vertis was the best decision ever!!! Management worked with me closely before move-in and it went smoothly but that was just the beginning of feeling like I belong in this community. The friends I have met here are priceless and the amenities in the building and location are simply the best. Couple that with having a building concierge like Dwight that is always looking out for... me and genuinely cares about helping the other residents and myself in basically every way makes living here AMAZING!
