Vista Germantown

Love the management team at Vista Germantown, they were concise with our lease and answered all of our questions in the beginning. They truly try to get to know their residents and see how they can approve.

My husband and I moved to Nashville a little over a month ago from Pennsylvania. Nashville is so up and coming there are TONS of options for apartments, but we could not be happier with our decision to live at Vista. Not only is the apartment wonderful, but the facilities are great! We haven't had to pay for a gym membership with the equipment here, I work from home and use the business center often for printing, everything you need is right here! The people who live at vista are great, too.... Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it's like your own little Vista family!

Perfect location, walking distance from great restaurants and boutiques, so close to down town! It can't get much better. The only thing I would critique is the switch to a different wifi provider recently that has made it a little more difficult to connect to wifi in the common areas, but everything else is wonderful. Located in the heart of Germantown! Right across the street from Bicentennial Park and Sounds baseball stadium. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. If you're moving to Nashville this is the neighborhood to be in! Apartment complex is very safe, Eco-friendly, modern, and pet friendly. All the neighbors are very friendly and apartment staff is accommodating to your needs. Highly recommended!!!

The community is awesome. I moved to Nashville somewhat recently and have met a ton of really awesome people by the pool, grilling out, and at Vista community events.
