Been great the last few years. Parking can be hard at times but not a huge issue. Maintenance is always quick and super helpful. New internet plan saves money. Overall zero complaints.

One of my favorite parts is how quiet and peaceful it is here, while still being conveniently located near everything I need. The neighbors are respectful and kind, creating a safe and comfortable environment.

I'm delighted with the low noise level and friendliness of my neighbors in such a tight space. The units are spacious and feel like I have my individual home.

Do not move here. The property is overpriced, poorly and unprofessionally managed (don't ever expect to find them in the leasing office or answering the phone), and going downhill even as the price skyrockets. Seriously, you can rent a nice house 3 or 4 bedroom house cheaper than the 3 bedroom units.
Also, be warned that, upon moveout, they will hit you with additional charges.
