This cabin offers a private indoor pool with an option to add heating for an additional $35 per day, requiring a week's notice. A game room with a pool table and games is available. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; starter supplies for toiletries and laundry are provided. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. Trash disposal instructions must be followed upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any rule violations.
