Curry Junction Apartments

I have lived here for 1.5 years, and it has been the worst experience ever for apartment living. The unit was not properly cleaned or repaired prior to us receiving our keys. The dishwasher was broken upon move-in. Our water heater was leaking, which caused a huge spike in our electricity usage, and had to be replaced. There is barely any insulation around doors and windows, creating drafts and wasted energy trying to heat or cool the unit. We have had multiple leaks in which water has seeped... through the floor from other units. Water is cut off to multiple buildings at least 3-4x a week. Buildings are old and not properly maintained. Rather than actually fixing the problems with much of the old copper plumbing by replacing it, they continue to use "band-aid" fixes that cause disruptions to multiple buildings every week. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I’ve had nothing but problems and I’ve only lived here for 5 months. They randomly shut the water off without notice or explanation. Today the water was off for over 7 hours. I’ve been without heat before for over 3 hours when it was 17 degrees outside. The emergency maintenance number is a joke. The management is so unorganized and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money.

Management is all over the place. Older apartments are falling apart. It is extremely hard to get a problem fixed in a timely manner (or at all). When these issues are addressed, the staff insists that it will get fixed, only to have it never addressed. The front office hours are constantly changing.

These apartments were decent for being an older complex... until they switched management about a week ago. They are terrible at their job. They don’t know anything about the apartments and it is a hassle to get even get them to fix anything. My ac has been broken for 2 weeks now and they haven’t done squat to help me.
