The Best Place in Allen

Not only is this place beautiful, but it's also centrally located to amazing schools, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The staff here makes it easy to move in, live day to day life, and really makes it feel like home. Maintenance is quick to address any issues I've had and communicative if parts needed to be ordered. I love my home here, and will continue my residency for many years to come.

Clean and great price

I got a great deal for a beautiful poolside apartment. The walkways and landscaping is very well taken care of. The customer service with the office staff is also amazing.

Amazing apartment

Traci, Jamal, Brianna, Shelby and Oscar is an exceptionally great. Whenever I need help they are quick to respond and they feel like an extended family. I love it here!!

i'm so sick of not having a parking spot

this apartment complex never has any parking spots, you have to pay for 90% of these parking spots. there is A PERSON that lives near the front of the apartment complex and they always have a bike in the parking spot, and no one else can get there except for them. and i KNOW they AINT PAY FOR IT. so, you need to FIX ALLAT GRASS and REPLACE it with parking spots. thank you.

RATS EVERYWHERE!!!!

This place is infested with RATS and nobody does anything about it. stay AWAY from this rat infested place!!!
