Nice place to live.

First time living in an apartment so really can't compare to any others but no issues so far. Maintenance gets things taken care of in a timely manner. If in the market for an apartment,I wouldn't hesitate!

Nice Place to Live

I have lived her now since June. So far it’s a very nice place to live. Apartment is perfect for my cat and I. There have been a few maintenance issues but they are quick to get them fixed. Rent is a little high but you will find that everywhere. Area is quiet and really no other issues.

Great place to live.

We went from living in the country with no close neighbors to living in an apartment at Country Club Villas. At first I kept thinking it's only temporary but after being there a couple of months I realized "hey this is home". The office and maintenance staff are great if you need anything. It is always commilunicated if water has to be turned off or anything else going on. We get a prompt notice if a package has been delivered. The grounds are always nice and clean. We have made several friends... around the complex. The price of rent and pet fees is great and comparable to other complexes in the area. Location is great with a lot of amenities close by. Overall its a great place to live and I would recommend it to everyone who asks. Thank you Country Club Villas for taking such great care of us and making us feel like one big happy family.

PERFECT APARTMENT

Brighton has been such a help in getting me into an apartment promptly! Super amazing communication, updates, and so much more. I couldn’t mention a better place to live. Especially for someone getting their first apartment!
