How Is This Rating Determined?

Noisy

Literally anything that needs to be done at the apartments will be done after work hours when you are trying to relax in your home . Weekends? No , noisy then too. Why not have things done during the day while people are at work? Maintenance, lawn care , refurbishing apartments all done after 5/6 .

Pricy but Great Place to Stay

Greenmark can be very pricy but had a very nice manager (who was there to help whenever) and maintenance was done very fast (the very little times I had to contact them). Never had pest problems. Overall, great place to live!
