Property, property manager, and maintenance is amazing on my location! All my maintenance issues were resolved faster than expected. Property manager is so sweet and helpful! Neighbors are super calm and sweet!

The apartments may seem appealing on the outside and inside... but the management is very hard to reach, and when you reach them, they are rude and short. Maintenance takes a very long time to get done. I've been without AC for two weeks now... and there is a serious pest problem (ants and cockroaches everywhere)! I've put in maintenance requests and called the office but it takes them A LONG TIME to get anything done... May be the more affordable option in town but not worth the trouble...

Do not stay here if you don't know how to do your own maintenance. I've had to fix my own door way, my mailbox, I have mold in my bathroom from a mistake they caused and they still haven't fixed it. You can put in a request form but they may never get to it. I waited 3 months for them to fix my mailbox and they still haven't fixed it. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it. So if you're looking for a apartment skip over these.

Don't expect anything to get fixed. They pick and choose, often times putting "band-aids" on things. My bathtub handle was band aided three times literally with glue. I even offered to buy a new facet. When I moved out, the handle was about to break off again. Little things like that annoyed me. I am sure that the rattling window hasn't been fixed, nor the roof leak in the air conditioner when it rained. Best to pass these units by and go elsewhere. You get what you get here with these... folks.

If I wanted my units sprayed for pests, I did it. They literally only sprayed once during the entire year lease. If I wanted air filters, I did it. They only brought me one filter for the entire year.

The grass would only get mowed when I complained about it via an online ticket request. Read More
