The condo is equipped with essentials such as irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap, and towels, including beach towels for Barton Springs Pool.
A cleaning fee of $105 applies for shorter stays and $150 for stays of 30+ days. If bringing a pet, a fee of $50 is charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets should be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request.
