Bell Southpark

I dealt with Brandy for my walk-in tour and information request.. she was awesome! Sweet, funny, nice, chatty, answered all my questions and what she couldn't, she did get back to me with the answer later. A tour was provided as well, despite a community event going on. The ONLY problem I have, is they don't always answer their phone, not even just to put me on hold. So far, it's been a great place to be! Springs is clean, seems safe, and it's so pretty!

Everyone is really helpful in the community and you can tell they have the residents in their favor. They’re nice and are open to as many questions that you have.

So far so good. Only complaint is no trash can was provided and since I can’t use my own due to the trash valet I emailed the complex and still have not gotten a response or a trash can.

Everyone was super helpful, nice, and answered all my questions. Picking up my keys was easy and quick and received all the information I needed.

Shower smelled like sewage, doors in the apartment either didn’t shut correctly, or the lock didn’t work. Otherwise the apartment looked good and staff was helpful, when they answered the phone, which was 2/10 times I called over a 3 day period.
