I have only been in my apartment for a week and have found a couple of issue with the unit. Some have been fixed thus far. It just seemed as though the unit was not ready for move in.

Bell Southpark Apartments has been an outstanding place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. From the moment you arrive, the community feels welcoming, clean, and well cared for. The grounds are consistently maintained, the landscaping looks great year-round, and common areas are always tidy and inviting.
The management and staff truly set this property apart. They are professional, friendly, and responsive, always willing to help and quick to address any concerns.... Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and with care, which gives real peace of mind as a resident. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly.

I really do enjoy living here at Bell South Park. I love the layout design of the apartment and the outdoors area multiple places to sit and ability to take walks. I enjoy the pool table at the clubhouse. In many events. I have yet to been to one, however, I do look forward to it in the future. I wish the pool went a little deeper. I do like the space of the gym and abundance of equipment you’ll have to offer.My one complaint is the parking situation. I don’t mind having guest have to register... however it being that there’s only a certain amount of times that they can come is the issue.
