It's a great place. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of parking. Office staff is wonderful. Good location too. Close to shopping and restaurants. No college nonsense!!!

I’ve been living in this community for about five years now, and about six months ago my wife and I moved to a larger apartment within the same complex. Overall, we really like living here, which is why we’ve chosen to stay.
We especially enjoy the community grounds, the pool, the gym, and the BBQ area — these are all great and well-maintained.
One thing that has been a bit frustrating is the pricing. Throughout the time we’ve lived here, we’ve consistently ended up paying some of the highest... rent compared to changing market rates. Prices seem to fluctuate, but when it comes time to renew or sign a new lease, our rate is always on the higher end.
Another small issue is related to pet waste. We live in Building 4, which is at the end of the complex, and unfortunately there is dog waste on the grass almost every day. It would be great to see this better managed.
Overall, I would rate the community around 7–8 out of 10, considering both the positives and the areas that could be improved.

I’ve been at Bellrock for about 9 months now and it has been such a pleasant place to live. The property is clean and quiet with great amenities. Haven’t had much of a need to reach out to property staff for anything, which is a green flag on its own, but the few times I have they were always very friendly and attentive.
