The property and the staff is amazing I am so happy I moved in!

I have lived here for years and this place just keep going downhill. In June they got a new property manager who is one of the most incompetent people I have ever met. I could go on and on about the problems this complex has, including towing any resident's vehicle they can, children taking over the pool every weekend to swim in their clothes, and almost every package being stolen, but the biggest one is the german cockroach infestation. They are literally everywhere, I'm an incredibly clean... person and they still managed to get in and won't leave no matter how many times I've had the apartment's bug people come. I was looking for a new apartment and had been looking for days and at many but I couldn’t find the right one. Well I went to look at these apartments and I want to say the first thing that I found was the area was in a beautiful wooded area. Then I went in to see if I could see any of the apartments and the lady behind the counter which her name is Alexis was so kind and supportive. She took her time showing me the apartment that I would rent if I chose them. Then she drove me around and showed... me so many things that the complex offered to their residents. I was so impressed with how she showed that she cared about getting new neighbors. She really enjoys her job, it shows with how she handles your rental from before you even know you’re going to rent to signing the lease and everything after. I would recommend this apartments 100%. So I'll start out by saying that the actual apartments are pretty nice and reasonably priced. However, everything else is pretty much downside.

About 1/3 of the parking is open, about half is covered, and the rest are garages. However, half of the covered parking isn't rented because nobody wants to pay extra for it, which means you either pay up or compete for the open parking. I often have to walk across the entire complex because there are no open spots by my residence.
Additionally,... guest parking is terrible. There are some spots on the south side, so if you live on the north side, you have to go get your company (and if the guest spots are full, they have to park all the way at the office.

Since the sale (Bell Hill Country -> Callista Hill Country), maintenance has gone to crap. At one point, I had an outstanding maintenance request for over a month. When I called to ask about it, they said they were behind, and when I checked my resident portal, it had actually been removed altogether.

The pool was basically closed the entire summer. No, that isn't hyperbole... it was literally closed for 2-3 months. And then someone stole a portion of the mailbox, which at the time of my moveout, still wasn't replaced. So I had spent 2 months going to the post office on a regular basis to pick up my mail.

Almost 4 years at this complex with our amazing view from the 3rd floor. However since getting a new owner this complex sadly not done well. Work orders routinely taking 2 to 4 weeks as well as multiple phone calls and emails to complete. Management not being responsive and trash around the regular dumpster and one they bring in at the back entrance. Highly disappointed in the current state of things.
