Great location, close to everything and so many food spots. Maintenance requests fixed very quickly. The only downside is the bugs (phorid flies).

I've loved living here over the past 2 years. It's a great location with great neighbors. Love the pool and proximity to good restaurants and bars.

Lamar Union needs more electric vehicle chargers as the one operational charger is not sufficient for a 400 apartment community in Austin, TX. But otherwise, living here is great and we enjoy our experience. The amenities are sufficient and the location is as good as it gets.

Embrey is honestly the worst management company that I have ever experienced. Lamar Union is a great location but this is pretty much a joke when it comes to property management.

Love my experience at Lamar Union. Location is amazing - very walkable to Zilker especially during Austin City Limits Music Festival. Highly recommend renting here
