Great location, but there have been lots of issues with elevators, package theft, guest parking, food and logistics delivery are a nightmare.

Love the location and the amenities! My apartment is quiet as I think the walls and floors are thick. The pool is beautiful and so is the view of the skyline at night from the pool area.

great onboarding experience. ella at front desk was great through the whole process. unit was clean and ready to go on lease start date. overall happy with first couple weeks communicating with building.

Building is falling apart

Great location but otherwise there is a bunch of room for improvement. Elevators are unreliable and often broken. Management seems to be making no effort to fix the issue. Currently one elevator in my building has been broken for over a month, leaving 280 units with only one working elevator. Crime is pretty high, lots of package thefts and furniture and decorations have literally been ripped off the walls in common areas. Management just seems not to care about anything. I would never rent from... a property managed by Embry again and would hope the owners are considering how they can find new competent management. It's getting to the point where these are no longer inconvenient issues but the building is actually becoming unsafe.
