It’s getting better but it’s still overpriced and management still has ups and downs. The new parking fees are really annoying and it’s really difficult to get guest parking. Garage doors don’t currently lock but they’re trying to charge in the retail area. Maintenance and office workers are good though.

So far so good. The only thing, not really bad, is the elevator door ding. It's so unnecessarily loud that I can hear it in my apartment. There's no reason it needs to make that much noise or for it to ding more than once

Management doesn’t fix things in a timely way. They’ve degraded the resident experience at every chance. They host happy hours where residents get wasted and try to fight people at restaurants. I can think of 100 ways they’ve made this place worse. I can’t think of one positive change that’s been made. I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years and it keeps getting steadily worse.

My resident experience for the past 3 years has been phenomenal. I am super impressed by the sound repression between walls; I've never had any issues hearing my neighbors through the walls around me. I've also enjoyed using the gym, and wifi in the lounge rooms. The garage is completely secured; so I know my vehicle is safe. Lamar Union staff is always helpful and friendly, as well as maintenance, who are quick to respond to requests.
