Great affordable apartments with an amazing staff! Move in process was super easy thanks to Michael, only thing that could’ve made my experience even better would be cleaner grills more often and open gym door during summer!

I have lived here 16 months and find the complex well kept, quiet and safe. The apartments are spacious and in good condition. I live in a 2 bedroom with a private yard. I have not found an apartment complex with yards as big as the ones here. It was the reason I picked this complex. My yard is 800 sq ft. Staff is friendly and responsive. The only two cons (traffic & IH-35 noise) are not specific to this complex but to the area. However, the road noise doesn’t bother me and the shopping is... all super close so I am rarely in the traffic. Plus there are multiple routes that don’t involve 35. I would definitely recommend The Landing at Double Creek.

Landing at Double Creek is super close to a ton of shops and food places, but still tucked away in a safe and quiet area. The landscaping is nice and parking spots are big enough for everyone. I love living here.
