How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This is the most unprofessional place I have everdealt with. They will charge you for nonsense fees every month, have no security, your car will be broken into WHILE youre paying for parking and the employees do not care. They will not do anything to work with you or show any form of compassion when crime and mishaps happen on their watch 24/7.
Additionally, The "maintenance" is non existant. The elevator works maybe half of the time and the "fire doors" are meant to trap you inside the building... when they close... When there is an actual fire, please explain how this is safe.... This place is a JOKE and the employees are not qualified to be working at
Burger King, let alone handling a "luxury" apartment complex

We’re also sorry to hear about the incident involving your vehicle. Unfortunately, crime can occur anywhere, we do recommend that residents report these matters to local law enforcement, as they are best equipped to investigate and respond to these situations.

Regarding your comment on the fire doors, we want to assure you that they are not intended to trap anyone. Fire doors in apartment buildings are designed to automatically close during an emergency to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, helping to protect exit routes and give residents more time to evacuate safely. They are a critical part of the building’s overall fire safety system and must meet specific code requirements.

Discounts not worth the distress

Location is good. Average pricing for the apartment units. Lack of amenities such as gym equipment and pool size. Untrustworthy matienenance that steal from tenants. Poor communication from office management and leasing agents

Dirty, unprofessional management, dangerous, crime

I would strongly discourage anyone from living here, Extremely loud, lots of crime, filthy, elevators slow or down completely and stink so bad we take the stairs unless the garbage is blocking the area, lots of theft, terrible / rude / unprofessional management, stairwells and garbage area are disgusting, apartment had mold, holes in ceiling and filthy carpets on move in. I moved my belonging out 2 months ago but continue to pay because they require 2 months penalty to leave this dangerous... community early

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I am rating this property a zero due to the fact that it is a horrible place to live. The management company is unscrupulous and does not do right by their tenants when a problem happens. I had my entire bathroom flooded with water coming down like a waterfall and they were not going to do anything to put me somewhere else during construction. They did not offer me a corporate apartment and told me that it was because I could not take my dog. They told me to leave my dog in an apartment that... had four massive air blowers that sounded like an airplane engine in my apartment and just go back and check on him. He is my family and I would never leave him in such a an inhabitable space. After screaming with management they offered $300 for days of enduring an airplane being in my apartment. Be aware of excessive charges added to your rent that they do not talk about like water and other charges. Also do not put one hole in your apartment to hang a picture because they will charge you eight dollars for every hole even if you put spackle in them. Essentially this is the worst of the worst that I have ever experienced from an apartment management company

Hello,

Thank you for writing a review. I am disappointed to see that Residences at the Domain wasn’t a good experience for you. I was able to do some reach on my end in regards to your guest bathroom. It looks like your HVAC coil was leaking from... the main pan. As soon as this was reported to us, we acted immediately. The blowers and air movers were placed in the home to dry out the excess moisture. We understand that living with this noise is irritating, but it is imperative that the walls/flooring were dried.

In regards to your Final Account Statement, we only charge our residents the amount our vendor charges us to repair. We pride ourselves on the condition we return our apartments to for new residents. If the repairs made by the previous resident were not completed correctly, we will repair them to our standards.

I was able to review your account in regards to your concern of the excessive water charges. It looks like your account was billed accordingly. The community runs off of a chilled water system. You will notice your HVAC bill on your water bill, due to cold water chilling your home and not an electric current.
