How Is This Rating Determined?

12/6/24

Don’t make the same mistake I did. All the negative reviews are accurate.

I regret living here and have since found better properties for the same cost with superior amenities, staff, and apartment quality.

Apartment Quality
- Roaches in multiple buildings; also heard of raccoon issues.
- Likely your unit was infested—roaches were probably vacuumed up right before you moved in.
- Have personally seen some hideous units; conditions vary drastically.
- Peeling bathtub and leaks; no compensation when repairs required vacating overnight.
- Dated interiors; kitchen...
appliance remained broken for months.
- AC problems left some residents without cooling for their entire lease.
- Maintenance is essentially non-existent; requests often ignored or closed without action.

Complex Quality
- In a bad area; suspicious neighbors, frequent catcalling.
- Pool closed most of the summer; complaints met with dismissive responses referencing lease terms.
- "Fitness center" is outdated and machines often non-functional.
- Renovations focus on the leasing office while ignoring resident areas that are in disrepair.

Staff
- Frequent threats over valet trash, parking, parcel pickup, and decorations. Forced to pay for valet trash despite inconsistent service.
- Maintenance issues rarely addressed; no reliable contact for staff. Promises were made but never followed through.
- Heard former positive reviews were incentivized with free food during one particular community event.
- No sense of community; only one event during my lease.
- High staff turnover; trusted maintenance worker was fired without explanation.
-Another employee quit over ethical concerns—personally aware of sketchy office matters.

Disgusting

Do not move here !! The property is absolutely disgusting & not worth the money & all the extra fees ! There’s trash everywhere & the hallways are filled with stains & grime. Don’t let the pictures of the renovated units fool you! EVERYTHING IS RUSHED & poorly done! & the pest problem is out of control! I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS NASTY ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT COMPLEX!! The entire community could use a pressure wash & bleaching!

Great apartment complex.

Great apartment complex. Never had any complaints about noise, trash, parking, etc. Staff and maintenance are quick to help and always friendly. The employees are always there for me with questions or fixes. The entire complex is fenced and secured and the pool is always clean and open. Location is also key - grocery store, gym, restaurants and I-35 are just around the corner, yet the location is still quiet and low key. I don't regret signing my lease again.

Price & quality do not align.

I lived here for 2 years from 2018-2020. It got worse the longer I stayed. Management is rude and disorganized. My A/C broke more than 4 times while I lived there. One of those times, it took over a month to get fixed. The parking is so narrow that I was usually unable to open my car door. Way overpriced especially considering it’s not near anything exciting and it’s not a walkable area. If you have the money to rent at these prices, you can get something way nicer and in a better part of the... city. I pay less now where I’m at and I don’t have any of those issues here.

Not a very good complex

My wife and I lived at these apartments for only a year and the experience was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
