Disaster

This has been a disaster since day one. Maintenance is horrible to say the least. Management will not answer any calls or respond to any emails stay away from this property. Again stay away from this property.

Horrible experience - not a luxury apartment at all

I moved into Lux Estate Apartments a few months ago and the experience has been disappointing from day one. The property looks promising online, but the reality is very different. Communication with the owner, Lurent, has been frustrating at best. Issues that should be simple to resolve get ignored or delayed, and there’s no sense of urgency or accountability.

Maintenance requests sit for weeks. Basic concerns go unanswered. The level of care you’d expect from a place calling itself “Lux... Estate” just isn’t there.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed home.

With 2 onsite maintenance and a staff member, it’s easy to feel like there’s someone always close by to take care of whatever you may need! Friendly and so very helpful.
