10/10 WOULD RENT AGAIN!!!

Honestly, I had such a great experience living at Lux Estate! Stormi and Crystal were the best and always so helpful. Literally the whole team was super friendly and made living there such a good experience. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing

Just rented a place here and I would never leave a review anywhere but I feel like I really had to. The staff here are so helpful and the apartment is really nice and spacious for the amount I’m paying. My neighbors are great and grounds are really nice. It’s my fifth apartment in the last couple of years. But it’s going to be my last. I’m staying forever. I love it !!!

So happy I moved here!

Honestly, I’m so glad I chose LUX Estate. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and has so much space, and you literly can't beat the location in Beaumont. A massive shoutout to Stormi in the front office, who was literal perfection and helped me with absolutely everything along the way. She made the whole moving process so smooth and stress-free. Plus, the maintenance team here is fantastic whenever you need something fixed. Highly recommend this community!
