The Logan

The Logan will move you into a unit with shotty maintenance work from cheap vendors, and then will nickel and dime you for everything and anything they can get at move out regardless of how well you maintained the unit and despite the initial poor work.

I reported a bathtub resurfacing issue my first month I moved in, and was told in order to have the bathtub redone, I had to completely vacate my unit WITH my pets for a full 24 hours with no relocation assistance or compensation. That is a... very big ask. I proceeded with the work, avoided use of that restroom for a full week, and yet the resurfacing crumbled immediatly. The property has now turned around and attempted to charge me $500 despite never having correctly done bathtubs at move in or providing a solution for displacing my entire household.

Rather than factoring move out costs into your rent, they will charge YOU to move out and flip the unit for normal wear and tear. Never in all my years of apartment living have I experienced anything like this.

I also had to open FOUR maintenance request for the same porch light to be fixed. Yes, 4 request to fix a single light fixture.

I would recommend living here. The staff has been extremely helpful and courteous. The grounds are maintained (although I believe the outside are is over watered near my apartment). I have not seen a cockroach here ever and I lived her for 2 months. The neighbors are nice and the gym is kept clean as well as the pool area.

The office ladies are absolutely rude and hateful people, who have no idea what they are doing and the maintenance is never kept. There are roaches everywhere and everything is nothing like the pictures. The only nice building in the whole complex is the office, where management sits and does nothing all day. I would NEVER recommend staying here.

This place is a dump. The gym is dirty all the time and the pools are green. No one cleans up after their dogs or themselves, so there are cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere. Aside from the filth, this place is not safe. There have been multiple incidents where gunshots have gone off right outside my window. When posting on the community wall to warn other residents about the gunshots, my posts were denied. It's a pretty nice property. The renovations are great, grounds, are clean and it's pretty quiet.
