Frankford Station

This has been one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Since moving in (December 2025), I’ve experienced ongoing issues with little to no permanent resolution despite dozens of emails, texts, calls, and maintenance requests.

I’ve dealt with a persistent sewage odor(corrosion and potential mold on faucets) coming from every faucet, recurring roach infestations (including roaches in my cooked food), and excessive neighbor noise that has been reported since January with no... meaningful action taken. I work from home, and the constant noise has significantly impacted my mental health. Management has acknowledged receiving my evidence but has failed to resolve the problem.

When I requested a mutual lease termination due to these ongoing issues, management denied it without penalty and showed little concern for everything I’d documented/experienced.

The property is frequently dirty, trash is left in and around the grounds, parking is extremely limited unless you pay extra, and the package locker area we pay for monthly is always unsecured, leaving packages vulnerable to theft.

I cannot recommend this complex. If you value cleanliness, responsive management, rule enforcement, and a peaceful place to live, I would look elsewhere. Read More

So far so good, I really have nothing to complain about just yet. I guess only time will tell!! The community is really quiet, well my building at least!!

The resident experience has been fairly good. I don’t like the loudness of the location I am in. The road is next to my windows and isn’t peaceful at all. The windows don’t seem sealed tightly enough to take out the noise factor. I would love for that to be resolved in some kind of way. Also, my upstairs neighbor who I have complained about one time is very much heavy footed and it’s very disruptive considering the construction of the building is probably a factor.

Been a pleasure staying here love my apartment, maintenance request are quick and fast. Property is big enough to have more trash bins installed

This community is truly wonderful, and the management team is exceptionally amazing and welcoming. The amenities provided are top-notch and clearly designed with resident satisfaction in mind.
