From gym equipment stuck in the Stone Age to elevators in the buildings being out of service. This place is a safety hazard and new management couldn’t care less. Don’t move into building 1 we’ve had a broken elevator for the time I’ve been here.

When I first applied for my apartment, we ran into some process gaps in knowledge failures. But the way that they recovered from this speaks volumes to the way the team is run by Kirra and Rachel! Everybody makes mistakes, but the way you respond to them is what matters, and they are a team dedicated to continuous improvement. This not only applies in the application phase, but in the maintenance service and property amenities as well. I feel like I’ve not only found a home, but a great... management team, and even new friends! Kirra has become a go to point for any issues I encounter, and she even make suggestions on how to help improve the community overall. I don’t know what it would be without her.

I can’t say enough about Latitude At Presidido! Such a wonderful, beautiful,safe place to raise my son and my precious dog. Kirra Beck, the assignment manager, never fails to go above and beyond out of her way to help and assist me with any of my needs. That’s what makes Latitude Luxury living !!:) I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Hands down the best place I've rented from. You can tell management truly cares about your experience. Kirra from the front office has been very helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. And its location is pretty ideal with schools (high school, elementary, middle school and even a community college) grocery and dining nearby and the mall is about 15 min away! It's truly a great place to live.
