Parcside Townhomes

We’ve lived at Parcside Townhomes for a little under a year and have had a great experience so far. The staff has made everything easy from the start. They are always patient, kind, and genuinely helpful every time you call. I have never been put on hold, which really says a lot.

Clarrisa has been especially kind to our family, and we truly appreciate how welcoming she has been. We have had nothing but a good relationship with all of the staff here.

Our townhome is almost perfect, and any... small issues we have had were fixed very quickly. The maintenance team is also very friendly and respectful and never makes you feel like you are bothering them.

I’ve had a really good experience living at Parkside Townhomes in College Station. The layout of the units is super spacious, especially if you like having your own bathroom and a bit more privacy than a typical apartment. It actually feels like a home.
The location is great - close enough to campus to be convenient, but far enough that it’s usually pretty quiet. Parking has never been a hassle, which is a huge plus in College Station.
Maintenance has been pretty responsive in my experience,... and the office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The neighborhood vibe is chill overall, and it’s a good mix of students who are serious about school but still social.
It’s not a luxury complex, but for the price and space you get, it’s definitely worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something comfortable and reasonably priced near Texas A&M. Read More

I’ve been living at Parcside Townhomes since 2024 and I’m now going on two years here & I honestly really enjoy living here.

The community is calm & peaceful, and there are a lot of families which makes it feel safe and welcoming. The amenities are always nice & well kept, and everything is set up in a way that just feels comfortable.
The staff is always kind & helpful, but I especially want to shout out Eriele. I was out of town when a package was delivered to my front door during a heavy... rainstorm. I called the office to see if it was still there, & she actually drove to my apartment, picked it up, & kept it safe in the office until I got back.

That was truly above & beyond. She didn’t have to do that, and it meant so much to me. That kind of care really stands out.

I cannot say enough good things about Parcside Townhomes. The management and maintenance teams are truly exceptional. They genuinely care about resident well-being, safety, and security.

Clarissa goes above and beyond. She has always treated me with respect and urgency when it matters most. Ariel is always welcoming and kind. Her friendly face makes a real difference. And Lauren is an absolute rockstar of a property manager. Strong, responsive, and fearless when handling difficult situations... .

When serious issues arose next door, including unsafe and illegal activity, the team took my concerns seriously and acted appropriately numerous times. Because of them, I felt protected and supported in my own home, while at the same time, being mindful of other residents. That level of care is rare.
