I have only been here for 3 months and it has been the worst experience I have ever experienced. From the original signed unit not being ready at the time of move in. To being put in a higher floor plan that had a cockroach infestation. To multiple times my rent portal had extra fees and charges that have been applied every month. I lived in this dump for three miserable years. It’s an absolute nightmare. Bird poop covers everything—good luck trying to keep your car clean because you’ll be scraping it off constantly. The maintenance is beyond pathetic; expect to wait at least 10 days for even the simplest repairs. The apartments are ancient, falling apart, and run by an utterly incompetent management team. The moment you mention moving out, they jack up charges out of pure spite—probably because no one actually wants to... live in this hellhole anymore. When we went to the leasing office as potential tenants, we were told that the application fee was $150 and that the refundable deposit was $250. We indicated that we were not sure that this is where we were wanting to rent, but the rental price they quoted was a good deal, so we decided to fill out an application. We were verbally told more than once that if we changed our minds, then we would be refunded the $250 security deposit. Because we went with what we were verbally told, we did not... read the fine print on the application that stated that an approved application would mean that the deposit would become non-refundable if we decided not to live there. It is our fault for not reading this clearly, but we were clearly told something different than what we signed. There was not a question about whether we would be approved on the application, so the fault lies with us for trusting someone's words over what we signed. I would not recommend this apartment because during the entire process they continued to contact us for additional information that should have been collected at the time we filled out the application. Worst front office staff you just wish not to deal with them. High in their tower just there to collect checks. Gates never work grounds never cleared and finding reasons to add more fees.

Do not ever move here, the front office is not on your side as a resident. They are just there for a check. I have been complaining about my ac not working for months now and put maintenance requests in and they don't fix it. The pool hours are open till 10pm and can't make noise after 6pm....everyone calls into the security line and complains. The security came at 9:30 telling us to get out of pool and then came back at 9:45 and looked at the kids in pool and told them pool is closed yall need... to get out to my kids. That was rude, tell the parents and don't talk to my kids. We still had 15 minutes. Definitely not a place with people who have kids. I get yelled at by a neighbor almost everyday just walking up with my kids at 6pm to go inside our apartment. I have lived here a year and have had no complaints and now have lease violations a month before move out. I had got some new neighbors that smoke weed. There security officers pinned it on me doing it. They gave me a ticket for violating lease terms even though that wasn't ever me or any of my guests. I talked to front office and they said their security officer stated that and that will stay in my files. I told them do a drug test on me and that I have kids and I don't do that kind of stuff. So they don't believe or trust you as residents. Whatever the security officer says that's what had happened. They aren't ever on your side as residents.....horrible service all around!!
