If you like the water being shut off every week, this place is for you! This place was an absolute nightmare from the beginning of our lease, with only one working toilet in a 2b/2b for months on end, crazy neighbors who would scream at each other nonstop, neighbors who threw parties and made the building constantly smell like weed. In December of 2025, our shower broke, and they ended up having to rip the wall up because the PVC pipes kept crumbling every time they cut them, and damaged our... bathtub. We even caught the plumber on our doorbell camera talking about how bad the plumbing is. When we asked for a discount that month because we were without a shower for two weeks at that point, the manager said "that's not that bad, and it's still usable' even tho the wall was ripped out. Both tubs ended up cracking, and before our lease ended, we had water leaking through our bathroom ceiling because the drain from the upstairs neighbors' bathtub was broken, and they didn't want to fix it because it didn't seem like the neighbors used the tub a lot anyway, and they had lived there for forever. Our water bill for two people averaged $130 a month, which is not normal. The 24/7 maintenance is also a lie, as one night my lock got jammed and would not open with the key. I called the emergency line and was told they would come when they can and never came until a week later. Maintenance and staff do not communicate well and never actually resolve issues. Great office workers and maintenance workers are quick and efficient!

I've lived at this apartment complex for 10 months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing and frustrating.

My car was broken into, and we've had two bikes stolen that our kids use to ride to school daily. Our neighbor has also had two e-bikes stolen. The main gate to the complex has only functioned about 20% of the time we've lived here, it is mainly just open all the time, and the pedestrian access gates don’t latch at all. With a bus stop directly outside,... this means anyone does walk into the community at any time. There is little to no actual security presence or working deterrents. There are security cameras up, but we recently heard that they do not work so there is no way to even see who is coming onto the property.

The one trash compactor on the property is constantly overflowing. It’s unsightly, unsanitary, and never seems to be properly maintained. Our water is shut off roughly once a month for “maintenance” without any real explanation. On top of that, if you happen to be home when maintenance staff show up, they often act like you’re inconveniencing them, or they don’t seem to know how to fix the issue at all.

We even had a mouse in our unit. When we reported it, we were essentially dismissed — told it “wasn’t the season” and that no one else had reported any issues, so they didn’t think it was a real concern. Completely unhelpful and invalidating.

Parking is very limited, and it’s often a daily struggle to find a spot anywhere near your building — especially after hours.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone looking for a secure, well-maintained, or responsive place to live. There are far too many ongoing issues that are ignored or downplayed by management. Renters deserve better — especially at the prices being charged here. Read More
