I love living here. My view to the bay is amazing I get to see from dolphins to turtles and all different birds every day from my balcony. Management and Maintenance are very accommodating. Construction is not the best walls are very thin but in my opinion for the view it’s worth dealing with those minor issues. Love the proximity of North Beach and the Texas State Aquarium. Lighthouse Apartments is the ultimate apartment complex for those looking for a simple, quiet and modern interior space at a small property. The water views are amazing and the breeze incredible. The amenities also include covered carport, public and individual garage parking not mentioned upfront on the website.

As of today 14 March I’m enjoying my new apartment. I like the quiet And the view from the patio. Once I downsize from a four bedroom house, and sort everything out, things will be more complete.

Not luxury and not high standard. Maybe someday LP will achieve what they say they are but that will start with management and office girls caring about treating their tenants right. Arrogance will continue to mistreat. Poor treatment of tenants.

Very clean and quiet property. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Maintenance is responds quickly. Amenities are up-to-date and the view of the water is excellent.
