How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Property has been horribly kept for the last 6 months.
New property management company “digs Managament” has taken over and made a ton of empty promises they have not kept.
Unfortunately I have another 4 months because I can’t leave here sooner. Way over priced for the safety issues and lack of cleanliness.
I’d add pictures of the property if apartments.com allowed it but don’t want to ruin anyone’s dinner.
