Do not rent here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Everything Breaks.
I lived at this apartment community for 20 months, and while the location is convenient, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It broke multiple times during the Texas summer when temperatures exceeded 100°F. Instead of permanently fixing the problem, management repeatedly relied on temporary, inexpensive solutions. There were periods where my apartment remained around 85°F for weeks.
The portable A/C unit they provided was inadequate... and leaked water continuously. I was given a dirty bucket and a hose to catch the water, and I had to wake up throughout the night to empty the bucket every couple of hours to prevent flooding. That is not an acceptable solution, especially when paying luxury apartment prices.
The problems didn't stop there. My washer was out of service for approximately a month, creating another major inconvenience. They would not deduct off my rent either. They also had the gym closed for multiple months including the community room because they didn't have staffing to properly fix things timely. They do not care about you only taking your money.
Unfortunately, the office staff made an already frustrating situation even worse. Rather than listening to residents or working toward solutions, my concerns were often dismissed. I found the communication to be unprofessional and lacking empathy. In particular, Diem was consistently rude, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and showed little willingness to help resolve ongoing issues. They could care less that your apartment is a sauna and that you aren't sleeping.
If you're considering this property, understand that you're paying luxury-level rent but may not receive luxury-level maintenance, customer service, or living conditions. The location is one of the few positives, but in my experience, it was not enough to outweigh the repeated maintenance failures and poor resident support.
