Remi Downtown

- Apartment staff have entered my apartment without notice repeatedly. I’ve emailed, called, and visited the leasing office and the issue continues to happen.
- The fire alarm is falsely triggered frequently, especially when it rains. Management has acknowledged the issue, probably due to numerous complaints, but it’s been going on for over a year. On top of being a nuisance, it’s also a huge safety concern as residents are conditioned to not evacuate when the alarm sounds.
- Maintenance is... quick to respond, though some issues are just patch fixes. I had to submit two separate requests to get my washer fixed because the breaker kept tripping. They mark tickets as completed as soon as they are received so you just have to wait and see when they are going to show up to fix things. The breaker is still tripping but I’ve accepted that I’m just going to have to live with it.
- The mobile key access works inconsistently and sometimes not at all for some doors. I’ve talked to the leasing staff about that, nothing has been fixed.
- There are short term rentals in the building so there is occasional noise and trash in the hallways but not as bad as other properties in the neighborhood.
-The parking garage gates are consistently broken leaving our vehicles unprotected. Our garage elevator lobby fob readers have been broken for over a week so the doors have been propped open meaning anyone can just walk through the garage and access the resident floors.

Living at REMI Downtown has honestly been such an amazing experience these past 5 months. From the moment I walked in for my tour, I already knew this was where I wanted to live. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and has such a luxury feel to it. Between the downtown views, great amenities, secure atmosphere, and overall vibe of the community, I signed my lease the same day as my tour and I have not regretted it once since moving in!

Aaliyah and the entire leasing staff truly make this... place special. They are always welcoming, professional, patient, and genuinely caring toward residents. No matter how busy things get, they still make everyone feel important and heard. The team does such a great job balancing tours, resident needs, and creating a positive environment for the community.

I also really appreciate all the resident events, parties, and incentives they put together because it helps everyone connect and makes the building feel more like home. Even with the current construction improvements happening, the staff has handled everything so well, and I know once everything is completed in June, REMI Downtown is going to be even more fabulous than it already is.

Being located downtown, safety was a huge factor for me, and the security here has been great especially after hours. Overall, this community has exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy I chose to call REMI Downtown home!

I went to tour. I was helped by a young beautiful lady. Genesis was very helpful. She kindly answered all the million questions I had. She made sure everything is to my liking and willing to go out of her way for everything to be perfect.Everything is remodeled and new. The Gym is beautiful. Staff is amazing.I couldn’t ask for a better agent. 10/10 definitely recommend. Thank you Genesis.

Remi Downtown has completely transformed, and the difference since the new management took over is incredible. The entire community now has a true luxury feel, and you can tell there’s real care and attention going into making this place better for residents. Yes, there was construction for a while, and of course that came with some noise but honestly, it was worth it. We now have beautiful new flooring, an updated gym, a refreshed office space, and brand-new amenities that really elevate... everyday living.

One of my favorite parts about living here is the location. Being close to so many amazing restaurants and everything downtown has made my life so much more convenient and enjoyable. It’s hard to beat the accessibility and energy of this area.

The office team is also wonderful and truly makes a difference. Aaliyah has been especially helpful always friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever I have questions or need support. It’s clear the staff genuinely cares about the residents and the community.

Overall, Remi Downtown feels renewed, modern, and welcoming. I’m really happy to call this place home and excited to see it continue improving under the new management. Read More
