WONDERFUL MOVE IN EXPERIENCE

Kathy & Jholi were so helpful at helping my fiancé & I move in our new home in such a short notice. We got approved the same day of applying & moved in the same week. Our apt was ready & exceeded our expectations. Kathy has been very responsive, and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I'm so glad to be a resident at the Vail Quarters. Management & maintenance team are the best. Perfect amenities. Very spacious patio, it's like a mini backyard which I love. Nice community, the... neighborhood is safe & it's plenty of food spots & shopping centers nearby so I don't have to worry about traveling far to run my errands.

Great Property with an Awesome Management Team

I moved into Vail Quarters in 2009 and was the first person to live in my unit. During my 10 year stay I have seen many changes on management and a change in ownership. Throughout that time there were no issues. Maintenance request were always completed in a timely fashion and the office was always friendly and respectful.

Unfortunately due to work I had to move this past March at the end of my lease. Maribel (Community Assistand Manager) and Erick (Community Manager) are super awesome... people. Inspite of living in the apartment for 10 years the move out process was seemless and I was given my deposit back.
