Great place to call home

My wife and I have been residents here at Banyan Bay over 7 years. There are many improvements around the property, both inside and out. New siding on all the buildings, freshly painted, just looks so nice to walk out and look around. Very nice pool for the residents as well. Our manager Sheila, and our maintenance man Juan, are the best you’ll find anywhere. Always on top of everything. Nice and quiet here, especially at night. No issues with things being stolen or bothered. I highly recommend... Banyan Bay. If you’re looking for a new spot to call home, come see Sheila and she’ll get you taken care of.

Love it

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

Home Sweet Home

Quiet and Comfy

I have lived here at Banyan Bay for nearly 5 years. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to call home. It’s an older property but is well maintained. Our property manager is awesome and our maintenance guy is the best! Great place to live! Check it out!
