DO NOT LEASE HERE.

This place looks nice at first, but once you sign, it’s nonstop issues. The rules constantly change and somehow always end up costing tenants more money. It feels like the policies are designed so you’ll get fined at least once. They are extremely money hungry and it shows.

The WiFi is terrible. It cuts out every 30 minutes, yet they charge way too much for it. You’re paying premium prices for service that barely works.

Maintenance is a constant problem. The washers and dryers are always... failing. Showers and drains clog regularly. Doors don’t close properly. There aren’t even window screens, so you can’t open your windows without flies coming in.

Other than the pretty views, that’s about all this place offers. Management acts clueless when you question charges or ask for explanations.

I genuinely regret signing here, and I hope this review stops you from renting here.

Chic, modern, and affordable!

Alza Dwellings is such a cool place to live at! It is located right on the mountain and my apartment view overlooks the city! I am obsessed! The prices are extremely reasonable with all the amenities they offer! They even have a yoga studio and a restaurant. This property reminds me a lot of my old apt in Chicago. I am new to El Paso and after 2 weeks of apartment hunting I decided to apply and move here. Mariana is super nice and is always willing to help me with anything. Melissa was very... helpful at the time of picking up keys and answered all my questions. I made a great choice coming here! Thank you Alza Dwellings team! :)
