Amazing office and maintenance team

I’ve had a generally good experience living at Caprock Apartments. The location is convenient, with easy access to main roads, shopping, and restaurants, which makes day-to-day life pretty simple.
The community itself is fairly quiet, and I’ve felt comfortable living here. The grounds are usually kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has been helpful overall, especially when it comes to addressing issues or answering questions.
The apartments... are decent for the price, Some units could use updates, and depending on where you’re located in the complex, parking can be a bit tight at times.
Overall, Caprock Apartments is a solid option if you’re looking for something affordable and well-located in El Paso. It offers good value for what you pay.

Peaceful, friendly, and accessible

I’ve been having a wonderful experience at Caprock for over 3 years. The apartment community feels quiet, calm and well-maintained with a relaxed atmosphere, especially "big green" trees, which I love. Also, what really stands out to me is the staff and management team. They’re beyond nice and friendly in my experience. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick response and supportive with careful consideration. Another thing I love is the location. It's easy to access to the main street... (Mesa) and I-10. Plus, what I need is close by — shopping/food stores, restaurants, convenient stores, banks, etc. I definitely recommend here if you are looking for a place to live on the west side of El Paso.
