Do Not Rent Here!

I have had a leak from the ceiling in my bedroom for over a year and a half. Every time it rains, it leaks. I told them there was mold and they didn't come to check or fix these major issues. I'm moving out and it's still leaking. They even have the apartment listed to be ready. They are scammers. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors do and say everything including anyone outside. Couldn’t get a restful morning or night the entire time living here. The parking situation ia awful... . 3 visitor parking spaces for 35 units. Be careful, looks can be deceiving. Save yourself...go somewhere else.

Truly a Great Place to Live

Moderno Village has been such a great experience. The apartment itself is beautiful and feels really cozy, but what stands out the most is the management team—they’re honestly the nicest people. They respond quickly, follow up, and actually care. It makes such a difference. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and I’ve always felt safe here. I’m really happy I chose to live here.

Refreshing Living Experience

I've been residing at Moderno Village for several months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests and ensuring that the community remains well-maintained. The apartments are modern and spacious, with thoughtful layouts that make daily living comfortable. Parking has been convenient, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that residents have designated spots, minimizing any potential... issues. Noise levels are generally low, contributing to a peaceful environment. Overall, Moderno Village offers a welcoming community with a management team that truly cares about its residents.?

family friendly neighborhood

Really great complex for families. My husband and I have a 6 year old daughter, and found the area to be close to really great elementary schools. Plus, you're right on the freeway so you can be in downtown within 15 mins. Management is great, very responsive and polite.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

This property has poor maintenance, bad management, and parking. The stairwells are so tight most furniture doesn't even fit through the halls. Looks good from outside, but renter beware. The management has even threatened to tow vehicles of paying residents due to limited parking. If you're looking for a nice, friendly place to live that is well maintained, keep looking and stay away from Moderno!!!
