I would not recommend living here. The apartment was not properly cleaned before move in and had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpet was old, dirty, and coming apart, the kitchen sink had visible mold and damage, and many areas appeared to be painted over instead of repaired correctly. The bathroom cabinets were also left dirty, and several fixtures like the ceiling fans felt loose and poorly maintained. We also experienced ongoing pest issues during our stay. On top of all... that, the manager is extremely rude and not helpful when concerns were brought up. Overall, the apartment did not feel well maintained and was very disappointing for the price. As moving in, there were lots of problems: the worst was ROACHES; they were impossible to eliminate! Management asked us to empty kitchen cabinets several times a month to do roach treatment ; did not work! No life, only stress! Old appliances, old cabinets, dog poop everywhere outside! Just go somewhere else!

The new manager is rude and always unavailable. The assistant manager is not confident at all. Both these ladies love to give their tenets the run around. They also give conflicting information all the time and are never on the same page.They don’t make you feel wanted. Instead they make you feel like a criminal. I wouldn’t recommend these cheap apartments to anyone. They are beautiful on the outside but the maintenance half heartedly Fixes things. The water heaters do not work properly even... after being “fixed” and the air conditioning constantly leaks but according to management “it’s normal”. & if you have a leak which I see a lot of my neighbors and myself have leaks be prepared for a higher rate for water even if maintenance “resolves” the issue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Nor am I interested in speaking to management about these issues just because I am giving them a bad review. They should try to hear their tents concerns and try to work towards fixing them the first time, instead of dismissing our concerns.I understand you can’t make everyone happy, but these people are just ridiculous. The apartments on the outside are nice. The inside is decent. However, the ac is always leaking and or breaking. The ceiling fans wobble terribly. They have cheap thermostats in which they taped the cover back together, instead of replacing it. The carpet is cheap to where it rips at the seams after vacuuming. The windows are not sealed right and have cracks around it. The walls are very very thin, i can hear my neighbors conversation. The manager loves to give the okay for maintenance to enter... without telling the tenets. The office staff is very very rude. Also if someone parks in your paid covered parking, this apartment complex does not have a specific towing company to call, you have to call around to find someone to come to remove ppl out of your parking spot.I am just waiting until my lease expires in 6 months so I can leave this terrible place.
