I live at the Warren Properties and would never rent from them or let family or friends move there without stern warning that the property gaslights and denies serious health and safety risks and harasses tenants who expect lawful ethics and health code violation corrections.
My air con started on fire first 2 weeks with flooding from bathroom ceiling many times and Warren sent a law firm to tell me I “misunderstood” because “everything is habitable,” but threatened my ADA service dog and... privacy saying “we will enter anytime for any reason without warning” which is illegal retaliation and discrimination on top of mold water damage they covered up instead of fixing, knowing I was almost hospitalized for respiratory illness which water damage causes. I recently moved out, but I can honestly say I was very happy living here. The property was always well taken care of, and management was professional and responsive whenever I needed assistance

This place was my shelter after my divorce , I felt safe , it’s a good community , maintenance and management very nice and friendly they helped me a lot , all bills included , property is always clean .

I’ve been living here for some time now and I can honestly say this property is wonderful place to call home , the community is always clean , well kept and feels safe ,all bills included the staff is great professional and always willing to help , I do recommend .

Diana is great! She was very helpful with everything. I felt very safe here and my apartment was clean no bugs. I lived on the third floor and I enjoyed it.
