Poor management

You aren’t promised the apartment your hoping to get. We gave our deposit to hold to property and all. And the property owner ended up renting to someone else, even tho we pay first and all. Now to have to wait longer and hope we don’t get screwed

The Willows-BEST Apartment Complex in Ennis

If you are looking for a clean, quiet and safe place to live The Willows is IT for Ennis, Texas.
The units are clean, bug-free, well maintained. Manager, Marion, is friendly and addresses Maintenance issues immediately.
Maintenance Crew is fast and knowledgeable. Pool is always clean during operational season.
It's close to shopping, has a nice neighborhood surrounding it for walking or running.
No loud music or "hanging" out in the parking lots has ever taken place in the 3 years I've been... living there (still reside here)
