Peaceful Complex

We have lived here for over 2 years and love how peaceful this complex is. It is a great location between Arlington and Euless plus easy access to 2 different highways to get anywhere in the mid-cities between Dallas and Ft. Worth! Best value in rental anywhere!

Infested with Roaches

Just moved in and am staying at a hotel because of the roaches. There’s roaches crawling all over the apartment at all times, on the tub, in the kitchen, around the toilet, on the ceiling and I even found a roach in my bed the day after trying to sleep there the night before and not being able to because I felt something was crawling on me. Management is unsympathetic and not helpful. I was told I live in Texas now and there’s roaches because it’s a humid place. This place is infested.

Nice apartments for a first time renter.

it's an old complex so it has its issues but maintenance has been amazing and has taken care of every issue within 24 hrs. No problems with parking. Fairly quiet. A safe atmosphere with lots of families.
